Day 1Friday: Athens – Marina Zeas ( On cruise ) |
Arrival Athens Airport and transfer to Marina Zeas Port to embark ( 2:00-3:00 PM ) on Variety Cruises Mega-yacht “Harmony G” for your 7-night cruise. Welcome aboard cocktail party. Evening sailing passing Cape Sounion, where the white marble pillars of the Temple of Poseidon stand high illuminated at night. Enjoy a delicious dinner on board. ( D. ) |

Day 2Saturday: Delos ( Anchorage ) & Mykonos, Greece ( On cruise ) |
Sail to the white and blue Cyclades. Enjoy an optional morning visit to tiny Delos, the mythical birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. Continue sailing to one of Mykonos’ beautiful bays. Time for a swim. Lunch on board. Afternoon arrival in Mykonos; discover its brilliant white houses and stroll the narrow streets. In the evening, do as the Mykonians do and enjoy a glass of ouzo and the world famous night life. ( B. L. ) |

Day 3Sunday: Kusadasi, Turkey ( Ephesus ) & Samos, Greece ( On cruise ) |
Arrival in Ephesus, the grandest archaeological site in the Aegean region. An optional excursion takes you touring in this remarkably preserved Greek and Roman city where Cleopatra and Mark Anthony rode in procession more than 2,000 years ago! After lunch, stroll through the bustling market before we set sail for the quaint Island of Samos. Overnight in Samos. ( B. L. ) |

Day 4Monday: Patmos, Greece ( On cruise ) |
Sailing for Patmos, we stop at Lipsi or Arki islets for a delightful swim. Arrival in Patmos, the tiny, yet spectacular island featuring whitewashed houses with colorfully painted shutters and doors, stone paved streets, and narrow alleys. Your optional Patmos excursion includes two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Grotto and the Monastery of St. John and the historic center of the medieval town of Chora. ( B. L. or D. ) |

Day 5Tuesday: Santorini, Greece ( On cruise ) |
We’re back this morning in the beautiful Cyclades Islands. Visit lovely Santorini, formed by the half-submerged crescent of a volcanic caldera. Go ashore and hop on a cable car to the town of Fira a stunning cluster of white buildings atop a cliff. Enjoy a guided optional tour among Fira’s narrow, picturesque streets and visit the Prehistoric Museum. Overnight in Santorini. ( B. L. or D. ) |
Day 6Wednesday: Folegandros, Greece ( On cruise ) |
Enjoy breakfast this morning while sailing to your surprise beach stop. Time to swim in an amazing spot before a BBQ lunch ( Weather permitting ). Afternoon sailing to Folegandros, one of the quaintest and most original islands in the Cyclades. Optional Upper Town walking tour where you’ll discover one of the most charming spots in the Mediterranean. Try the local specialties at one of the traditional tavernas. Overnight in Folegandros. Day 7Thursday: Kea, Greece ( On cruise ) |
Early morning sailing to Kea Island – Koundouros Bay for your last swim of your cruise. Later in the afternoon sail to Piraeus – Marina Zea. This evening, enjoy the Captain’s Farewell Dinner. ( B. D. ) |

Day 8Friday: Athens |
After breakfast, bid farewell to your fellow passengers and your crew. Transfer to your hotel in Athens. Balance of the day at leisure to explore this fascinating city on your own. Following the Olympics, the city has transformed into one of the most walkable, and exciting art, music and entertainment centers in the world. Enjoy the nightlife areas of the Plaka, Psiri and Thission. You may wish to visit the fabulous Parthenon, and the National Museum of Athens among others. ( B. ) |
